Classic Queen Anne Victorian was built in 1884 by Amos.C.Judkins a Boston businessman. The Judkins house is a local example Queen Anne style architecture. The house is covered with both clapboards & decorative wood shingles, and recessed balconies. Large front oak doors have beautiful stained glass and several unique stained glass windows are in the home. The first floor library has a built in bookcase of cherry wood and a wonderful mantel around a fireplace. The living room has pocket oak doors with a fireplace. The large dining room has an ornate mantle around the fireplace, scrolled walls and rich moldings. The kitchen has a hearth with a built in Jenn air grill, butler's pantry, 2nd large pantry and laundry room. The second floor has four bedrooms all with fireplaces and there are 3 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The unfinished basement has 1980 sq. ft. Zoned MR1
